Liability Waiver – Required signature from all clients before they enter the Resort.
General Health Policies – Our general health requirements for the animals entering our facility. This outlines the vaccines and tests we require.

Group Play Policies – Statements on certain policies for Group Play and why we require them.
Group Play Questionnaire – Owners who plan on having their dog participate in Group Play must fill out this questionnaire to assist our Group Play Guardians in the dog’s evaluation.
Grooming Questionnaire – Owners who plan on having their pet groomed must fill out this questionnaire to best help our Groomers during the pet’s visit to our Salon & Spa.
Matted Pet Release Form – Pets who are matted or who may become matted must be properly groomed to maintain their health and safety. This must be signed by all Grooming clients.
