Cat Grooming Questionnaire

I understand that if my cat is acting aggressively or is a danger to themselves or the Bloomingpaws Staff, my cats groom will not be completed same day and the groom will not yield the cosmetic results that were expected. I understand the services my pet will be receiving and agree to incur any additional costs associated with my pets grooming, including but not limited to flea treatment and de-matting.
