We always strive to increase our quality of care but it is important that owners understand that Boarding, Daycare or Grooming can be a stressful experience for your pet(s). Please, read through the following and initial each line and sign at the bottom.

Waiver Item 1(Required)

I realize that despite BloomingPaws best efforts, intestinal upsets like vomiting and diarrhea can occur in animals due to change in environment or changes in food/diet. If my pet experiences any type of gastrointestinal upset BloomingPaws will contact me and if it is during a boarding stay, at my request the veterinarian will examine and treat my pet, including medications if necessary.

Waiver Item 2(Required)

I realize that despite BloomingPaws best efforts and vaccine requirements, “kennel cough” is similar to the flu in humans, and may still develop in vaccinated pets as no vaccine is 100% effective at preventing infection. If my pet develops symptoms after their stay, I will notify BloomingPaws. I also understand that most of the time the infection is not serious and easily treated, however I acknowledge that I am responsible for the cost of medications or treatments and do not hold BloomingPaws liable.

Waiver Item 3(Required)

If SOMEONE OTHER THAN MYSELF will be picking up my pet from any resort services, I will indicate the name of that person upon check-in. I understand that BloomingPaws assumes the person who picks up my pet does so with my permission and therefore will not be required to show identification.

Waiver Item 4(Required)

I realize that dogs not regularly exposed to play on hard surfaces may experience sore and red paw pads, blisters, or abrasions on the feet. Excessively long toenails can cause injury. If my pet’s nails are longer than what is deemed safe for play with both dogs and humans, BloomingPaws will trim them and I accept and will pay the associated cost. I understand that nails should be trimmed regularly to avoid injury.

Waiver Item 5(Required)

I understand that dogs not regularly exposed to play may be extremely tired after a long day of play exercise. Additionally, some dogs are also extremely tired and warn out after a boarding stay. If my pet experiences lethargy and it last more than 36 hours, I will notify BloomingPaws.

Waiver Item 6(Required)

I acknowledge and understand that there are certain risks involved in participating in boarding and group play. Dogs may, without warning, bite or cause injury to humans and other dogs. Not all injuries are a result of aggression, but due the nature of play between dogs and dog behaviors that include using teeth and paws/nails. Some risk include, but are not limited to: dog altercations, dog bites to humans, other dogs or my own dog and the transmission of disease.

Waiver Item 7(Required)

I understand that if my pet displays any behavior deemed dangerous or inappropriate by BloomingPaws staff it could result in dismissal from group play. Severe behavior can result in dismissal from utilizing resort services.

Waiver Item 8(Required)

I understand that if my boarding pet(s) are dropped off after 5pm Monday-Friday or after 11:30am on Saturday I will incur a late drop off fee of $15.

Waiver Item 9(Required)

I understand that if my boarding pet(s) are not picked up before 1pm Monday-Friday or by 11am on Saturday, I will incur a fee of $15*. *Pet(s) receiving grooming services on their departure day will not incur the $15 fee.

Waiver Item 10(Required)

I understand that changing the length of my boarding reservation with less than 24 hours notice given during normal business hours and confirmed by the BloomingPaws staff, I will incur a fee of $15.

Waiver Item 11(Required)

I understand that my pet needs to be picked up by 6:50pm Monday-Friday for daycare and grooming services. If I pick my pet up after 7pm I will be charged a $15 late pick up fee.

Waiver Item 12(Required)

I agree to pay for all services at the time they are rendered. I understand any unpaid fees will be sent to collections and I will be responsible for all collection and legal fees incurred by such actions taken.
